If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return any item within 30 days of receipt for a refund. The item must be unused, undamaged and clean with it’s original labels still attached. Failing so would prevent the item from being refunded.
Please complete our online Return form to begin the Returns process. All shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is found to be faulty. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the returned item is delivered to us. Please always obtain proof of postage and tracking information when returning a parcel.
Once we have received the item, we will inspect the item. If satisfactory, we will begin processing your refund within 3 working days. The refund will be returned to you by the original method of payment.
If you wish to exchange your item, please place a new order after your previous item has been refunded.
